I'm vegetarian and lentils have a lot of protein. Especially the one from Italy. I/m not Italian and I'm very picky about food. But, I have a lot Italian friends and they told me how theirs mothers cooking lentil soup. I'm not great cook but I make this lentil soup so delicious. I was shock and surprise by myself.. I order a lot of this lentil because when i cook I cook a lot and freeze. If you looking for good lentil without so many chemicals, this is the one. Thank you for good clean food.
Arrived in a timely manner as stated. Everything arrived in perfect condition. The espresso is spot on and the espresso cola was something new, but delicious!
I bought this with their Truffle cubes. The Truffle cube are so awesome this one can not be far behind & I have something when I run out of Truffle cubes before I have a chance to re-order or my Pinocchio shipment has not arrived yet.
This stuff is absolutely awesome. I wanted to infuse it into a batch of pasta I was making last night & I almost sipped the whole pot up before I had a chance to infuse. I love it! My kitchen will not be without this stuff!

I have tried other Fette Biscottate Integrali but this is the first one where the bread comes individually wrapped. I love topping the bread with a little dijon mustard, horseradish & slices of smoked salmon. I call it my Italian Smoked Salmon Little Pizza. I love it!
Just a few drops on the pasta or one capful is awesome along with a few strips of AGOSTINO RECCA anchovies. Now you are talking!
I was wary trying Cherchi Sardinian Parchment crackers after trying Trader Joe's version. These are tasty & paper thin crackers that go well with creamy goat cheese. Trader Joe's version said paper thin however they were very hard but good. I prefer them light and not hard.
Omgosh! These garlic stuffed olives are the best I've ever eaten. I bought them from Marshall's Home Good Store in Houston, TX.
This product is simply outstanding. The grated cheese it produces is superior to anything I have used that is already grated. By grating the block of cheese inside it., the freshness and flaor is remarkably good. Only downside is that next day air is suggested because the product is perishable. It's difficult to find online and as I write this, it is currently unavailable. :(

Such a wonderful sauce! You can really taste the truffle and the ratio of ingredients is nicely balanced. This sauce also adheres well to pasta!
